audience engagement manager - full time

We’re looking for a dynamic Audience Engagement Manager who has at least 3 years of experience in the field and has been raised in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Conduct audience interviews to gather insights and improve strategies.

  • Create pitches and decks for new clients.

Campaign and Content Management:

  • Generate ideas for campaigns and see them through from ideation to execution and reporting.

  • Collaborate with SEM and design teams to create ads and engaging content.

  • Monitor ad performance, adapt ads based on insights, and provide additional recommendations.

  • Review blogs and content from the SEO and SEM teams.

  • Develop content plans and oversee the publishing of content online.

  • Be part of the media production process to create content and provide feedback on content created by other creators

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective communication and project management.

  • Work closely with design and media production teams to produce high-quality content.

  • Manage team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Review and monitor performance reports from SEO and SEM teams.

  • Create KPI reports and relay details to clients.

  • Conduct social media audits to refine and improve strategies.

Strategic Planning:

  • Build comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals.

  • Adapt strategies based on performance data and audience feedback.

  • Are a Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
